1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during delivery
• Incorrectly supplied
• Significantly different from the product ordered

please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the package and product to help us assess the issue.

2. Defective Products

If a product is found to have a manufacturing or quality issue attributable to Farhan Perfumery, we will review the case and, where appropriate, offer:

• Replacement of the product, or
• Refund/credit according to the circumstances.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For safety, quality, and hygiene reasons, opened, used, mixed, diluted, altered, or tampered-with fragrance materials and raw materials generally cannot be returned.

Products may also be non-returnable where the customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer requires the product.

4. Unopened Products

A return of an unopened product may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided that:

• The product is unused.
• The original packaging is intact.
• The product has not been altered or contaminated.
• The customer contacts us within the applicable return period.

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking system.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

7. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Special terms may apply to wholesale, customized, bulk, or commercial orders. Customers should confirm product specifications, quantities, and requirements before placing large orders.
